Disappearing pages

My slides (pages) keep disappearing while I'm working on them. I'm doing presentations and adding to the timelines, but all but one slide keeps disappearing. I'm not hitting the delete button or anything. I've tried to get them back but I can't. It's not the first time either, but the first time I was able to recover the whole presentaiton. Why is this happening?

    I'm having the same issue. This has now happened with two of my presentations. Working fine one second and then blank the next. Any insights, Adobe?

    Welcome to the community! We're truly sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. If you're comfortable, would you be willing to share a screen recording of the problem? It would really help us understand better. Have you had a chance to try the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or maybe even incognito mode to see if that makes a difference?
