Is it your video or a template? Can you specify the format (MP4, MOV) and the video length if it's yours? What browser were you using?

You can refresh the page, clear the caches and try to remove the background with a recommended browser such as Safari, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Sometimes deactivating the browser extensions may resolve the issue.

Can you try again by following the steps here?
