Dear Community, 

 

when I open a file in Adobe Express (Brave Browser, MacOS) it loads, then a popup shows up requesting me to refresh the page. 

 

 

The shields in brave are down. It also happens in other browsers (Chrome). Anyone having the same errors? This happens in a shared project.

Hi Amitej, 

 

thank you for your suggestion. Ok today the worst case happened. I lost several hours of work after clearing my browser cache. This is the file from yesterday, and it was gone today!!! I checked the version history and something very fundamental is going wrong. I created the project myself I believe. this is the public edit link: https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:f8283121-688e-422c-9b90-0b8a78775573?invite=true&accept=true&promoid=Z2G1FQKR&mv=other 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried contacting customer support but I now have 2 AI bot stuck in a loop, and an agent that disconnected adding to my "lost hours" of now over 3. Yuk. If this persists I will discourage anyone from switchting from Canva to Express.

Hey @Rutger H, Welcome to our community, and thanks for posting here!

Can you confirm whether the project you're trying to open in Adobe Express was created by you or shared by someone else? Have you encountered the same issue with another project? Is everything working fine for you now?

If it reoccurs, I suggest you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and sharing your observations!

btw, If I refresh the page, I can access the document again. Super weird.
