Document not charging

For some reason the document it's never ending to charge. I'm trying to download it and similarly it never finishes processing it

Hey, 

This shouldn't be happening. Since when are you having this issue? Does the app throw any error messages, and how often is this happening? Does it happen with all project types or any specific one like video/webpages/posts?

Also, could you give it a shot after deleting your browser's cache and cookies, or try using another recommended one to see if that makes a difference? Switching to a different internet connection may also be an option to explore.
