Documents not downloading properly

Hi, As of recent, whenever I go to download .png or .jpeg versions of my documents, it downloads in low resolution quality. I didn't have this problem before. Could you please advise as to how to fix this?

    Are you still facing this issue? If yes, we need some information from you to help us address this issue,

     

    • Please provide the exact workflow you used when encountering this problem. If possible, please provide a screen recording.
    • Which web browsers did you use when this issue occurred? Have you tried using other recommended browsers, cleared your browser's cache/cookies, or tried using incognito/private mode?
    • Is this issue present across all export types, including PNG, JPG, and PDF, or is it exclusive to a particular export format?
    • Have you had this issue with every image you've used, or is it only with a select few? Can you share some of the images that resulted in low-quality exports?
    • Could you provide the Project ID (URL) of the project so we can look into it?
