What kind of design assets are you trying to download? Did you see an error message? Can you add the element to your artboard, or has the project failed to download?

You can try changing the browser (Safari, Google or Microsoft Edge are recommended), clearing the caches or using incognito mode. Do you see any changes?

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot when you access the Design assets.
