don't have access to templates

Hi, I've paid for the Adobe Express subscription but I don't have access to the templates. I've tried everything but nothing works. It's not an internet problem. I've also tried opening it on a different browser and even on another computer, but still nothing. It just won't load, and I can't access the templates, so please do something about it.
