Dowload error

Seriously, Adobe Express sucks. It’s so laggy and slow, consuming so much RAM. Last time I downloaded my file, it took me 10 minutes to wait and then returned an error notification without explaining the reason for the error. Seriously, who designed it? I CAN’T DO ANYTHING, from downloading to uploading to Google Drive. It took me 1 hour to successfully download the file.

Are you using Adobe Express's web or mobile app? Have you checked if you're using the latest version of the app or browser? Does the issue persist across different browsers or devices? To confirm, is this happening with only PDF format? Can you share the screenshot of the error message with us? 

 

Have you tried clearing your browser cache or restarting your computer to free up memory before using Adobe Express? Does that make any difference in performance?
