Can you please specify what project type you are unable to download? Since when are you facing this issue? Is it happening with all the projects or a specific one? 

You may try working on a different browser or clearing the cache/cookies of the browser once. If the problem still occurs, please share a screen recording of the workflow for us to investigate.
