Unable to download a file I was working on as png. I go to downlaod, but it does not let me select a location. It shows that it is downloading, but heaven knows where. When I use the search function to try and find the file it is nowhere on my computer. HELP!!!

We're sorry to hear about that. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing? Which browser you're using? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Did you recently make any changes to your browser?

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
