Download as PDF not working

The ability to download to files isn't working on my iPhone or iPad. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I assume you are seeing a message that says something like "We're working on your file.."?

Could you try duplicating the file and check if that helps. Also, if you have access to a desktop device, maybe try on express.adobe.com?
