Download button disappeared. Only returns for seconds upon URL refresh (in Template)

Only used Adobe Express for two days now after a long lapse into Canva and Premiere -- and here is why. Day 2 showed no sign of my project from day before. Only by end of day did i use a history link and it appeared. Saved it as template as only option to manually save. Then come time to download hours of work and NO DOWNLOAD BUTTON. Refreshes make it appear and but it disappears too fast so NO DOWNLOADS.  Not to mention that you have to constantly RE-open uploads to access while working on same project. Lock it open!

FIX THIS SOFTWARE OR PULL IT. Worst glitchy 2 days of software ever. And I’ve been paying $80+ / month for Suite for a decade plus and don’t know why any more.

      Hey ​@demi14, thanks for posting here! This isn’t the experience we want for you!

      Can you please confirm if the download option is still missing for you? We’d also like to know what kind of file you were working on: a post, a video, or a webpage? 

      Sometimes internet issues can cause such disruptions, but they should go away with stable connectivity.

      If possible, please share screenshots and screen recordings of the broken workflows so we can investigate this issue.

      Hi there, I have the exact same issue - on refresh / reload the download button appears for a second then vanishes. Tried in safari and Firefox, both the same. This is after having created a template although not sure that is relevant? Screenshot attached…
      This appears to be an issue for a lot of people out there and has been for a while - hopefully you’re working on it? Thanks for any help.

      What you are seeing is intentional. Download is not supported when editing a template. Any files created using that template should have the Download button though.
