I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you get any error messages? I recommend some initial troubleshooting in that situation.

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/3XCjoHO
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4cygrwb
  • Try downloading a different file as a test
  • Try creating a duplicate of the file and download that instance
  • Test downloading in different video formats
  • Try downloading from a different device
