Is the video very long?
As expected we will need a bit more info.

In any case, just try a couple of things
1- Clear your cache
2- Check with another browser (accepted browsers: Edge, Firefox, Safari and Chrome)

It's always super helpful to include a screeshot of your full window when you create a bug report because the cause will be easily identified while without it, you are less likely to get any answers .
