download fail on slideshow as pdf

Hi Divyasin,

It is 30 slides. It is made from one of my existing templates yes. There are 30 images, with a mixture of web images and Adobe images it seems. 

Also this slideshow and another one seem to be timing out at 90% and not completing the download.

Thank you reporting issue and apologies for inconvenience caused. The team is actively looking into such issues and has also done some fixes recently. Can you please confirm if the issue is still faced ? If yes , can you share some more details around the project :

1.Is it created from already existing templates or created from scratch?

2.How many images are present in this project? Are they adobe stock images or user uploaded ones?

It would be very helpful if you'd be willing to share the document with us, so that we can take an in-depth look at what's going on. If yes, will send you a private message on details on how to share the document.
