when trying to download an mp4 today, it repeatedly failed. Can someone help me fix this?

Sorry you're having trouble.

Is it a template or one of your videos you've edited to download? What browser did you use?

Have you tried logging out and logging in? You might want to try it after clearing your browser's cache and cookies or test it in private/incognito mode to see any difference.
