Thanks for reaching out.  Could you please let us know what file format you're trying to export? Please let us know if you're getting any error messages. If so, can you share the screenshot of the error? 

 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
