Hey @Alan24740373kl61, Can you tell us what file type you are trying to download? Is there an error message that pops up (if yes, please share a screenshot)? Is it happening with all the files, or just this specific one? Does working from an incognito/private browsing mode help?

We may require more details on this issue to investigate it.
