Download failed

I cannot download the presentation that I prepared on Adobe Express. The error message mentioned the "fail icons", but I cannot see these fail icons that mark the assets that are not licensed. And why would you allow the unlicensed stock to be available if we can't use it? I am so frustrated and confused. After putting all the work into this presentation using Adobe Express, now I can't use it and will have to create another one in Powerpoint. Also, your platform doesn't work with Grammarly, a writing assistant program. I don't plan to use Adobe Express for future presentations.
