I keep getting this error message when I try to download a MP4 on the website. I tried the mobile app as well and got the same message. I also tried downloading previous videos and got the same message.

 

Any suggestions?

    Thanks for reaching out! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the version of Adobe Express you’re using on desktop or on mobile? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Are these the recent videos you created that you’re unable to download?

     

    Which operating system and device model are you using? Did you try using it on another browser to check if that helps? Did you try switching the internet connection on both devices to check if that helps?

     

    We’re here to help, just need some info.

    I just tried to download it again and it works now. Not sure what changed but thank you.
