Download Failed due to a failed icon

I'm downloading a document to a PDF, but when I try downloading, I receive an error: 

 

"Sorry, we were not able to license all Stock content. Some Stock assets can no longer be used. Please delete assets marked with the faciled icon."

 

The problem is nothing is marked with that icon, so I have no idea what needs to be fixed.

I'm having the same issue. No payment issues. I am able to dowload other project files. I get the same error message and nothing is marked with the icon, so I can't correct and download. What's going on?

Hey @bethanyr81062141, We are investigating this issue, and we've got some users claiming change of project font worked for them, and they were able to download the projects. Can you try once changing the font and let us know if that makes any difference.

We're sorry to hear about this. Please check whether your payment method has failed or your bill is past due. If it is past due, try to check again once you process the payment. If that's not the case, try disabling the pop up blocker from your browser to check if that helps.
