download failing

Hi @andreaf77946890, I guess if you be more specific, experts/designers here might be more helpful, like which operating system and browser you're using, what kind of error you're getting (if any) or what happens when you try to download the file etc. As I see it, on Chrome @ macOS Sonoma, it works perfectly, so wanted to ask, as I said someone else might be helpful.
