Download Failing

Downloads failing in multiple locations, (Wifi not an issue). Gets to 90% then stops. It's when I am trying to download a pdf (muliptle pages in one file).

Welcome to the community! Could you please let us know if it's happening with one file or all files which has multiple pages? Which browser are you on? 

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
