If you had an Education account, could you please try again now (if you have a browser window open on Adobe Express, be sure to refresh it first)?

Hi,

Are you using an Education account? We've seen this issue crop up with some Education accounts.

This usually involves a premium font. Substituting premium fonts with a free font fixes the issue.

If you are unsure which of the fonts you are using are premiun, please post here, and we can help figure it out.
