Thanks for your response. Have you tried switching the internet connection to check if the issue is with the internet speed? Sometimes, large-sized video takes time to load.

Hi, I've tried other browser options (Safari), no explicit error in Safari, but still re-loading of page and cancelling of downloading is happening. Seems like the memory issue, the video project is pretty large

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Could you please let us know if you've recently installed any extensions in Chrome? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such issues can also be resolved by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
