I have a full adobe creative cloud subscription but for some reason I keep getting the attached error message on SOME of the designs I'm trying to download from Adobe Express. Please help! I have a deadline to meet and need these files ASAP.

I've tried clearing my cache, signing out and back in - all of the general things that may fix the issue.
