Wont complete a PDF download.. sticks at 90% and completely freezes, yet it can do graphical download

Just saw your post. While I haven't seen recent reports about this and haven't been able to replicate this, I'm here to help!

It may help to check if you have cleared your browser cache/cookies yet. Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
