Sorry to hear about your difficulties. A few questions to better understand

Are you using Express on a computer in a browser window?

Do you get any kind of error message with the crash?

These might help

• Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
• Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464
• Try downloading a different project to see if the issue occurs there as well
