Download Issues, all files

everytime i have tried to download a .mp4 and sometimes my other images files it says "download complete" and my file is not downloaded, i end up re downloading these things at least 5-7 times before it sticks and i get my download. Perhaps a "click here" button would help with this to nudge the download along so we dont have to wait for a download bar over and over again?

    Hi @Bryan35436024nl38, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! Thanks for sharing this; it definitely shouldn’t be happening.

     

    Can you please share the platform you're working on? Is it the desktop browser version or the iOS/Android device? Also, could you please check the download folder to see if any duplicates are saved there? It's possible that the project gets exported but doesn't appear at the top due to any sorting settings, or it might be saved to a different location. Also, can you confirm once or share a screen recording of what happens when you're downloading the project? Ideally, on both browsers and mobile devices, it should display a loading bar. We'd like to see what shows up for you.
