Download not working

I finish working with simple image design and I pressed on download, I keep getting a message that say's "we are working on your file. You will be able to download you file soon" it has been like 30 mins and nothing is happening, also I cannot exit the project because I am getting a alert saying auto save still working so if I exit I will lose everything
