download not working on file

Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry to hear you are having issues downloading your file.

Did you see an error message while you tried to download your project? Is it happening every time you want to download a project? Your project looks like a flyer. Did you create it from a template or scratch? Can you specify what format you want to download it from?

Here's some workaround:

• Try downloading from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
• Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome: https://adobe.ly/3UBVOte
• Clearing the cache/cookies from the browser also resolves the maximum number of such issues.

If the download keeps failing, please share the screenshot when it's happening.
