Download of post created in Adobe Express

Just recently back into Adobe Express after Adobe Max. I've been using Canva for a while now. I've built a video post and a static image post; neither will download to my local drive. I did not have this issue previously when using Adobe Express and I don't have any issue when using Canva. Additionally, the app is very clunky. Lots of hesitation and waiting for the screen to catch up. My internet connection at home and at work is quite capable and is a high speed connection.
