Download option does not work

When I select to download it will get to 20% and say "gathering data".

Please share a screenshot of the error message. It will help us to understand the issue. Is it happening with a template? Does the same thing occur in a different project?
We suggest closing the project and clearing your cache before opening a new page. It may be necessary to check the Internet connection and to try with a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You can also test the incognito mode.
