download png not working

I was actually referring to something like https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:1dff1b71-c95f-4fd9-904c-4f9df3c12e33 (see screenshot below)

But "Remove background project - September 05, 2023 at 08.52.17" helps too because it looks like you created the file from the Remove background Quick Action. I think what might be missing is that the page has a white background. You can easily change it to transparent using the "No-fill" swatch in the Background color picker (see screenshot below)
