Download problem

Hello,

It seems I can't download files from Adobe Express anymore. Does anybody have the same problem? Is there someone in Adobe family who can fix this problem?

 

It says that they are working on my files to be downloaded, but it never gets ready to be downloaded, I've attatched a screenshot.

Hi @Niccoló37498136c6vl,

 

You can try these steps that hopefully will help you:

-Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

 

-Restart the App: Try signing out and signing in to the Adobe Express application.

 

-Clear Cache: Clear the cache of the browser. This can resolve issues stemming from corrupted temporary data.
