Download quality terrible

Hello, I've had this ongoing problem for a while now, anything I download the quality becomes terrible and blurry. I've had support recently from customer service, I provided them access to my file and they improved the quality issue slightly, however, it's becoming worse now and quite frankly I'm getting fed up with the platform as it causes me so much friction. Please help resolve this issue!

Hi there,

The exported images are 500x500px so the low quality is somehow expected. Did you tried to resize the express page and reexport? Also please note that a new option is available to scale the output when downloading.

We are sorry for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express. What file types do you see as having an issue with the quality?  Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Also, try restarting your computer.


From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

From Mac browser: Cmd + Shift + Delete

Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R.
