Download spark video not working

I have a 3 year old video I did on Spark and when I try to access I get error "File cannot be opened. This video format is no longer supported in Adobe Express but you can download it." When I try to download it says: "File will download in the background when ready." However, nothing then happens no matter how long I wait.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would it be possible to share the URL of the project with the issue? You may want to try in a few different browsers and try leaving it downloading and return after a bit and see if it completes.

Please post back with the URL if these don't work.
