Download Speed of Video in Adobe Express is extremely slow. To download 1GB , it is taking 5 hours.

same has been happening with me… infact, mine is even worse… 10KB/s! It takes 6 to 8 hours to download a 300MB file. To answer all of your questions, i use chrome, it happens with all the projects and its the same on all the devices and networks i have tried. Please try resolving this

• Which browser/device are you using (and version, if possible)?
• Does this happen with all projects, or only this specific file?
• Have you tried downloading the same project on a different network or device?

• Try a different browser or Incognito mode (to rule out extension conflicts).
• Clear browser cache/cookies and reload Adobe Express.
• Duplicate the project and try exporting again.
