Using an app , can't able to download or share the work, Download stuck at 0% Forever

    Can you please specify the project export type (PDF, MP4, JPG, or PNG) you're working on and the platform you're using (Android, iOS, mobile/ tablet, or Windows/Mac)? Would it be possible for you to share the URL of the affected project so we can investigate? If yes you can share the link via community DM privately, so it isn't available on the forum publically.

    Every type png, jpeg, pdf
    And every project not even empty page is able to download,

    Could you let us know whether you're using a desktop or mobile device? Also, have you tried downloading the project on a different device to see if that resolves the issue?

     

    If possible, please share your project URL with edit access via private message so we can investigate further.
