Download Stuck at 77% in Adobe Express”

Hello,

I’ve created several video files in my Adobe Express project and attempted to download them. However, the download process consistently stops at 77%. Just a week ago, I was able to download the same file without any issues.

Could someone please advise on how to resolve this problem?

Please check if this issue occurs only with these video files or if all other projects experience the same problem while downloading. Can you try duplicating this video file and see if the newer one gets downloaded? Do you get any error messages while downloading? 

 

Would it be possible for you to share the project via community direct message so that we can check on our end? We'd request edit access to it from our testing account.
