i am very disappointed. All my vdeoes are not supported any more. It writes that I can download them, but the problem is that they will not download. So sorry for the upgrade that you done.

And I also paid my membership. And noe I cannot use may videos any more. If only I new in time that all my staff will be blocked... I would try to download earlier. I was reading other comments, and I totally agree, the adobe of few mounth agoo was so easy and friendly to use. SO DIASPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED.
