Leider kann ich meine Projekte nicht downloaden. Es wird nur angezeigt: "Es wird derzeit an dem Projekt gearbeitet. Du kannst es später downloaden." Ich möchte es aber jetzt downloaden! Außerdem laden die Seiten teilweise ewig und nicht alle meiner alten Projekte lassen sich in die neue Version laden oder bearbeiten.

Finally the conversion was possible. But the originals Folder is empty and I converted a lot. And the Files I tried to convert before it was working were there but now they are all gone. So they aren't converted and not in the originals so they are totally lost. If these files won't come back again (as I asssume) then we're talking here about a lot of worktime that I lost. That's money I lost and deadlines I missed.

If the conversion happens correctly you should end up with two instances of a converted file. One in the root directory of the Your Stuff folder (this is the converted one and editable) and another in the Originals folder (this is backup of original file which cannot be edited).

and in the meantime, the files I tried to convert and were moved to the "originals" folder in the new AE disappeared. It's getting worse!

Cant’ Access and can’t give you access. Only get an Error Message: Can't open Document.

There is no "project link" to share. It's just not possible to do anything with the old projects. As soon as we try to convert from old Adobe Express it's moving the File to the new Version into the Folder "Originals" but it's not converting and just giving the Error Message as described, also in other Threads in this Forum. And please don't ask we we tried on other Browsers, deleted the cache or whatsoever. I spent a whole day trying to find solutions already, none of them worked. Please help solve this issue, we can't work like this and are losing money every minute!
