Downloaded Video Freezes - Adobe Express

That definitely sounds frustrating, especially since everything looks and plays fine in Express before you download it.

A couple of things I'd love to check:

• Does this happen with every project or just this particular one? 
• If you haven't already, could you try duplicating the project and downloading the copy? Occasionally that can help if there's something in the file causing export issues.
• What is your operating system (Windows or macOS) & browser name and version

For the last couple of days, my Adobe Express downloaded video freezes halfway through and only plays the audio. Only when downloaded. It looks fine in the app and browser, plays in the preview. But seizes when playing on my laptop or anyone else’s laptop when downloaded. I’ve cleared my cache, force quit my browser, changed wifi networks, reduced the size of the video. Nothing works!! It doesn’t matter if it’s 10-seconds or 1-minute long. 

For the last few days, when I download a video, it plays for the first half and then freezes during the second half with only the audio playing. Only when it’s downloaded. The video is fine on the Adobe Express app and browser, even in the preview.
