Downloading a file as a PDF creates formatting issues

After I finished updating a menu in Adobe express I do the following and most of the formatting is stays the same but I have one area where extra spaces or text gets push to the next line when I open the PDF.

  1. I go to "download"
  2. I select all pages
  3.  select PDF Standard
  4. then select download.
  5.  I save file with a new name
  6. when I open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat I find the formatting gets changed but mostly happens in the same section.. Not sure why this happens, especially since I am going from one Adobe product to another.

    Does anyone have suggestions as to how/why the formatting gets altered but only in the same section.

Thanks for your response.

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that makes any difference.

Yes you are correct the first one is from Acrobat second is from Express. I built it from scratch. I have not using express in incognito mode. I use the chrome web browser.

Hi

@Schroeder435

,

Thanks for sharing the detailed info. Can you please let us know if the first screenshot was from the Adobe Acrobat app and the second one from Adobe Express? Did you try the same steps you mentioned above on a different browser or in incognito mode? Did you create the menu from scratch or you've started with a template?
