Downloading error with a pdf

Hi, I can't download my file in pdf but I can with png or jpeg. I tested on an onther browser, I cleared the cache and deleted the cookies, I signed out and signed in. It's locked at 90% and error after. Can someone help me please ? Thanks for your answers. !
