downloading files

Hi @Lukas357108231dlq, please share a screen recording of the download failure workflow so we can investigate it. Also, let us know what project you are working on and which file format you want to download. Is it happening with all projects? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies in the browser to see if that helps?
