I've been unable to download an edited 1 minute video all day. I have a strong internet connection.

Could you please let us know if this problem occurs with all video files or just a specific one? If you see an error message, could you share a screenshot of it? Additionally, does using incognito or private browsing mode make any difference? Have you tried downloading the video project using the mobile app?
