I've been unable to download an edited 1 minute video all day. I have a strong internet connection.

Hi @default385820573ywvts,

We apologize for the frustration this issue has caused.

Could you please let us know if this problem occurs with all video files or just a specific one? If you see an error message, could you share a screenshot of it? Additionally, does using incognito or private browsing mode make any difference? Have you tried downloading the video project using the mobile app?

Share your observations, as they will help us address this issue.

Thank you.
