Downloading Issue

I am having issues today downloading a project into a PDF.  When I click the download button, the progress screen shows up and within 1 seconds says "download complete" and nothing has been downloaded.  I have tried multiple times, logged out and logged back in, refreshing, and nothing has worked.  Is this just a me issue, or is there a known issue?  If known issue, is there an ETA on a fix?  I need to get this document done to drop off tomorrow.

I changed your permissions.  I was finally able to download it, but I had to go page by page, instead of the whole thing with individual pages.  I tried another one and it worked, but this particular one was giving issues.  So, if you can't figure out the issue, it is ok because I was eventually able to get the PDFs for it last night.

Hey @STACEY34040069lwi5. Thanks for the update! We’re glad to hear you were eventually able to download your PDFs. It’s possible the issue was file-specific, but just to be sure, you can also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then signing out and back into your Adobe Express account. This can often help resolve lingering file or session issues.

It isn't a video.  It is all images and text.  I can share it with you, but I need you to tell me where I need to go in here to do that, or how.  Sorry I don't use this part much.

We’re sorry to hear you’re running into this issue, and we appreciate the troubleshooting you’ve already tried. Could you let us know whether the videos you used came from Adobe Stock or your local drive?
