Downloading Issues

Hello, I am having issues with downloading my poster, it just states we are working on your file. How do I resolve this? Thank you

Is it happening with other files? Did you use a template?

Here are some workaround that might help:

Check the Internet connection
Try downloading from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome
Clearing the cache/cookies from the browser also resolves the maximum number of such issues
