Downloading PDF from Adobe Express

This seems rather ridiculous but how is it possible to not be able to download a PDF version of your project on Adobe Express. It doesnt make any sense.

We understand how frustrating it can be if you’re unable to download your project as a PDF. To help us troubleshoot, could you please share a few details:

  • Are you using Adobe Express on the web or the mobile app?

  • What steps do you follow when trying to download the PDF?

  • Do you see any error messages? If so, what do they say?

  • Which browser or device are you using?

In the meantime, try refreshing the page or restarting the app, clearing your browser cache if using the web, or using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, sharing a screenshot or screen recording will help us investigate further.
